Located in the heart of Iowa (Cambridge) we pride ourselves in producing the finest quality of mushrooms you can find locally! Joygrow is a family business established in 2015 with the desire to make a difference in our food culture. My primary goal when I started this endeavor was to find fulfilling work that I could support my family with while making a positive change in the world. "Sharing joy growing healthy food to grow healthy people." is our mission making it easy to get wrapped up in our customers excitement for nutritious fun food. Growing new and loved favorites we hope our excitement shows in our offerings of fresh, local gourmet mushrooms and mushroom related goods.

No chemicals outside of bleach and soap for cleaning are used in our facility. Mushrooms are harvested, trimmed, and cooled quickly on site. Care is taken to upkeep our grow room, lab, incubation, and dry/cold storage in order to facilitate proper hygiene. Our mushrooms are considerably cleaner than store bought for a reason and require no cleaning prior to cooking and consuming.
