Three Herb Deviled Eggs

Whip up a batch of deviled eggs.  Enjoy with others and keep them for yourself!

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 to 3 tsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 T. fresh parsley
  • 2 T. snipped fresh dill, or 1 ½ tsp dried dill weed
  • 2 T. snipped fresh chives, or 1 ½ tsp dried chives
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Paprika (opt.)

Directions
  1. Cut eggs in half and gently scoop out yolks with a small spoon.  
  2. Place yolks in a bowl; mash with a fork.  
  3. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard; mix well.  
  4. Stir in parsley, dill and chives.  
  5. Season to taste with the salt and black pepper.  
  6. Gently stuff egg yolk mixture into egg halves.  
  7. Sprinkle tops with paprika if you like.
