  • Resealable bags
  • Seasoning
  • Lime juice
  • Worcestershire sauce

Directions
  1. Defrost your frozen steaks overnight.
  2. Remove steaks from refrigerator two hours prior to grilling.
  3. Place steaks in resealable bag with lime juice and Worcestershire sauce for two hours.
  4. Place on medium to medium-high grill.
  5. Grill to your liking of doneness. We prefer ours medium to medium-rare.
  6. ENJOY!
