Selection tips
Raspberries are ripe when the fruit are fully colored. Ripe berries slip easily from their cores or receptacles. The appearance of dry, little hairs, called styles, are natural. Handle the berries carefully. Avoid wet, moldy, or bruised fruit.
Storage tips
Refrigerate or freeze the berries immediately after harvest. The maximum storage life of raspberries is 2-3 days at a temperature of 32°. Wash just prior to use.
