Individual buds (sprouts) should be 1-1.5 inches in diameter, firm, compact, bright green, and heavy for their size.
Storage tips
Store fresh, unwashed sprouts in a perforated plastic bag in the refrigerator. They will keep at 32-40°F for 3-5 days
