Whitetail Valley Farm is home to three generations of Kutzli family. Our farm is located on 50 acres in southwest Iowa just outside the entrance to Viking Lake State Park. Over 70 varieties of apple trees grow in our sustainably managed meadow orchard. We sell apples at the farm and press juice for making cider and apple wine. Whitetail Valley Cellars Winery is our newest venture. Our family origins are in the Rhine valley wine region of Switzerland. For a long time we have been making wine to enjoy with friends. Now we want to share our carefully crafted fruit wines. In our Swiss themed tasting room, Das Stübli, friends can enjoy wine, cheese and Swiss chocolate. Along with orchard produce in the fall we open Grampaw's Punkin Patch in September and October. It is a safe place to bring the little ones to pick out a punkin and enjoy harvest season on the farm. We are happy to arrange an appointment to visit to the farm. Contact us, we look forward to sharing our Iowa place with you.
