Each course of this special meal at the Wallace Farm includes corn as a featured ingredient. Previously harvested from the on-site Henry A. Wallace Historic Corn Plot, field corn is ground into cornmeal, corn flour and corn grits. Doors open at 6 pm, dinner begins at 6:30 pm. Wine and beer available for purchase.

You’re encouraged to arrive early to walk the grounds, see this year’s corn plot and view the new prairie art exhibit. In order to welcome as many people as possible, this event is community seating. Special guests will join us this year to share more about origins of Pioneer Hi-Bred and Henry A. Wallace as we celebrate 100 years since Henry A. founded the company.
