Ingredients
  • 1 cup protein pasta
  • deli turkey
  • turkey bacon
  • colby jack cheese
  • turkey pepperoni
  • cherry tomatoes
  • avocado
  • lettuce
  • pepperoncini

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoon light Italian dressing

Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to directions and drain.
  2. Cut up deli turkey.
  3. Cook turkey bacon and cut up.
  4. Cut cheese into bite-size pieces.
  5. Slice turkey pepperoni in half.
  6. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  7. Dice avocado.
  8. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
  9. Combine the Ranch and Light Italian salad dressings.
  10. Divide into 2 bowls or containers with lids (if preparing in advance).
  11. When ready to eat, shake and pour on the dressing.
