- 1 ring smoked turkey sausage
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons tomato bouillon with chicken
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can Mexican corn, drained
- Mexican blended shredded cheese
- Sour cream
- Cherry tomatoes
- Green onion

Directions
- Slice turkey sausage ring into 1/2 inch slices. Sauté in pan.
- Cook rice according to package instructions, but use chicken broth for water and add 1 tablespoon tomato bouillon with chicken seasoning.
- Once rice is cooked, add black beans, corn, and turkey sausage.
- Top with shredded Mexican cheese and cover pan to melt cheese.
- Top with sliced tomatoes, green onions and sour cream.
