Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • Sprinkling of Greek Seasoning
  • Pita bread
  • Tomato, sliced thin
  • Feta cheese

Cucumber Sauce

  • 1 small cucumber, grated and excess water removed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Divide the ground turkey into 4 portions.
  2. Using your hands, mold 1 portion of ground turkey on a Pita bread to cover the entire surface of the bread. Sprinkle with Greek Seasoning.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a skillet. Heat to medium high heat.
  4. Place ground turkey side onto oil and fry until edges are crisp and meat is cooked. 
  5. Flip over and fry pita bread in skillet long enough to soften the bread.
  6. Top with sliced tomatoes, Feta cheese and Cucumber Sauce.
