Chile Pepper Farm

We are a small family farm that specializes in growing New Mexico style chile peppers. We then make various products with the chile such as salsa, pepper jams, and cowboy candy which we sell at local Farmers Markets and Vendor fairs. We are working on a Home based food processing kitchen to add more made to order products with our chile such as Tamales.
