The Grainstead

The Grainstead is a sourdough cottage bakery that believes good food shouldn't be complicated or filled with unnecessary things. We strive to use as many local ingredients as we can, keep the ingredient list small and organic whenever possible, as well as ferment in glass & steel. Everything is intentional. Created in small batches, for our neighbors here in Central Iowa.
