The festival will feature "central Iowa's top BBQ restaurants" and "local craft beer and cider" providers, all set to the backdrop of live rock, country and bluegrass music.
Food vendors include Smokey D's BBQ, Cornbred Barbecue, Farm Boys BBQ and Whatcha Smokin? BBQ.
The music lineup includes Jordan Beem, Alex Williams and Cousin Curtiss. The headliners are Arkansauce and Cole Chaney.
