January Production Tour - White Wine

Start 2026 off with a behind-the-scenes look into Fireside! Join us on Saturday, January 10th at 11a.m. for our first tour of the year. This year, our production tours will have a special theme each month to show you even more of the inside scoop.

This months tour will focus on white wines, how they are made, nuances of the processes, and an in depth look in to how they are used throughout our range of products. Tastings for this tour will be all white wines in a range from dry to sweet.

Our assistant winemaker, Mark, will show you around our facility, pour straight from the tank samples, and answer your burning questions about our production process. Trust us, you won’t want to miss this incredible experience.

Tours vary in length from an hour to an hour and a half. Tickets are $10/person and FREE for Wine Club Members.
