  • 1 turkey tenderloin
  • 4 large potatoes
  • garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
  • sour cream
  • shredded cheese of choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Directions
  1. Cook turkey tenderloin and chop into bite sized pieces.
  2. Cook the potatoes.
  3. Cook turkey bacon, chop into pieces.
  4. Cut the cooked potato down the middle and mash up slightly. If you want to make it like a twice baked potato, remove the filling and mix in seasonings and sour cream - stuff back into the potato skin.)
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Top with sour cream.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese and turkey bacon on top.
  8. Add cooked turkey tenderloin.
