Ingredients
  • 18 oz frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 package Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Parsley and basil to taste

Directions
  1. Cook the tortellini according to package, drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
  3. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add turkey sausage crumbles to skillet, pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked tortellini and toss to coat. Let everything simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan and season with salt, pepper, parsley, and basil.
