The Pie Lady LLC

The Pie Lady is a family-owned and operated business; my husband of 23 years and two children are at my side for each event. We enjoy working as a family and providing a quality product. I've been making homemade pies for about five years, working on perfecting my methods and techniques. My pie crust is made with lard rendered from local livestock. The fruit for my fillings is made with high-quality produce and ingredients. This is where you'll taste the difference. The Pie Lady makes EVERYTHING from scratch. There are no preservatives or additives for longer shelf life added to any of my pies. You'll find The Pie Lady at the Cedar Falls Farmers Market on Saturdays from May–October. What goes best with pie? Home made vanilla ice cream, of course. We churn our own and its available at the Farmers Market and upon request at your catered event. You'll also find us at many small town events like the Felix Grundy Festival in Grundy Center, IA or at larger venues like the National Balloon Classic in Indianola, IA. Wherever we land we'll do our best to bring you that fresh from scratch taste with a smile!
