Selection tips
              For jams, jellies, and pies, pick gooseberries when they have reached full size, but are not fully ripe. The fruit are green, tart, and still quite hard. Fully ripened fruit is pinkish in color and sweeter.
Storage tips
              Gooseberries can be refrigerated at 35-40°F for approximately two weeks.
