Ingredients
- 1 turkey tenderloin
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Hot honey
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cooked white rice (or) cauliflower rice (or) mixture of both
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups frozen or fresh broccoli
- Yum Yum Sauce
Directions
- Make the sauce: 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce, 2 tablespoon soy sauce, squeeze of hot honey, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, dash of salt.
- Grill or bake turkey tenderloin. Cube into bite-sized pieces. Place in sauce mixture and stir.
- Heat rice and set aside.
- Cook broccoli and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Scramble 2 eggs.
- Mix rice with broccoli and eggs.
- Divide between two bowls.
- Pour turkey and sauce onto rice mixture.
- Drizzle with Yum Yum Sauce.
