Lemon Basil Pesto & Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Garlic
  • ½ cup Pistachio toasted
  • 1 cup Parmesan
  • 2 cup Lemon Basil
  • 1 ½ TBS Salt
  • 1 qt. Oil
  • 1each Lemon zest
  • ½ cup water
  • 1pt Greek yogurt

Directions
  1. Place garlic in a pot of cold water and bring it to a boil, then strain the garlic.
  2. Next place the garlic, water and pistachio in a blender.
  3. Blend for about 1 min.
  4. Add in the basil and parmesan to the blend along with the oil.
  5. Transfer to a mixing bowl then season with salt and lemon zest.
  6. Add Greek yogurt.
