Lemon Basil Pesto & Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
- ½ cup Garlic
- ½ cup Pistachio toasted
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 2 cup Lemon Basil
- 1 ½ TBS Salt
- 1 qt. Oil
- 1each Lemon zest
- ½ cup water
- 1pt Greek yogurt

Directions
- Place garlic in a pot of cold water and bring it to a boil, then strain the garlic.
- Next place the garlic, water and pistachio in a blender.
- Blend for about 1 min.
- Add in the basil and parmesan to the blend along with the oil.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl then season with salt and lemon zest.
- Add Greek yogurt.
