Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 1/2 oz Butter
  • 1TBS salt
  • 5oz all-purpose Flour
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 5oz Cheddar

Directions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
  2. In a sauce pan, place the butter, water, and salt.
  3. Bring this mixture to a boil and then add in the flour and cook on medium heat for about 2min.
  4. Pour your flour mixture into a bowl, add the cheese and then let it cool a bit.
  5. Add your eggs.
  6. Spoon or pipe onto a baking sheet
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
